Let the games begin!

Tonight was a big night for Mark as we had "meet the coach night" for soccer.  He was as usual a bit shy and overwhelmed with the crowd of kids and parents of all ages picking up their uniforms and game schedules.  Daddy came home with a new soccer ball to practice with and Momma got the shoes a while back so he was good to go.  As soon as we got back home he wanted to put everything on.  They had to special order his uniform as XX Small....well you can see how it fits!  He is wearing the number 3 on his back and I am not sure if that is for everyone or just him.  I did not get a chance to ask anyone the meaning of the number.  So Mark will likely be the smallest fella on the field with the glasses and number 3 on his back.  The soccer year will be over even before he turns four because the last game on the schedule is the second week of August.  Poor kid is likely the youngest on the team as well.  Here is praying that he is fast and can control the ball.  One of the first things he did once suited up was step on his Momma's toe!  Crikey that hurts.  Have fun little man, to quote Little Bear "interesting".
