This past weekend had us headed to Barrie for Marissa to meet her brother Tyler, sister Kim, her husband Greg and technically her niece Elyssa and nephew Alex.  Of course everyone was smitten with the little Miss M.  We were able to have a relaxing drive to and from Barrie with the quick stop in Toronto to pick up Tyler.  I guess all the trips from Hamilton prepared her for the journey. She is a good little traveller, however does not like to sleep as much as her brother Mark.  He is a great traveller as he is usually fast asleep within a few miles of heading out on a trip.  Marissa on the other hand will stay awake but so far only demands food and treats to keep her quiet.  She is adjusting well and it seems as though she has always been with us.  How quickly our world has changed!  Dear sweet little girl do you have any idea how long we have waited for you!  We are so in love with our little independent Miss Marissa!
