A very happy day today for the men of this household.  Daddy brought the John Deere riding lawnmower home today.  He finally broke down and actually did it.  We had been toying with the idea but since it is Daddy's job to mow the lawn Momma did not influence the decision until he was looking at some really cheap deals that did not sound too lasting.  Momma went on the computer and showed him some really good buys for a bit more money with hopefully more longevity....after all we plan to have a large yard for quite some time.  Here is the end result...a good lawn tractor, a reliable brand name, enough scratches and dings to lower the price and two very happy guys that are just dying to mow grass.  Life is good!  Happy Mother's Day everyone.  I got flowers, a riding lawnmower and two happy men today!
