Help us find another Gi Gi

This is Mark's favorite toy called "Gi Gi". We have been searching for another and none so far to be found! I am afraid that it will be lost or not last until he no longer needs it! Anyone who finds another Gi Gi will be more than fairly compensated for its purchase and surrender to the cause. Help anyone out there find us another Gi Gi. The things I will do for you son!

What is the brand? Does it have any tags or identifiers?

Hi Deb:
The tag is animal adventure.....here is the thing..you can get the likeness in a dog or a pig at the Toys R Us store under their brand name. I emailed the animaladventure.com web and they do not sell to the public and only gave me a lit of the retailer stores ie Wal Mart who does not have it. I am on my own to find this either new or second hand. The web site has Gi Gi on it and my thought was "so near yet so far"! Love ya A

I've been looking. Is GiGi the actual name, or just what Mark calls it? I've been checking ebay, Craig's list etc. Is GiGi a horse, pony or donkey? (no offense GiGi)

GiGi is very old English for a horse. So GiGi is a horse. The original GiGi was bought at a Great Canadian Superstore grocery ie the ones that sell everything. There are many cheap stuffed toys but these ones are made in the US and are a higher quality. The original run of these were made in 2009 and may now be tuning up in second hand stores if they are no longer wanted. At the Animal Adventure.com website they actually have a GiGi picture as one of their products. You will notice the real brown yarn mane and tail. Alas I emailed them and the response was "We do not sell to the public....here is a list of all the retail outlets that we deal with". You may still find one in upper end baby stores that want to sell only home grown small business ventures. They have been shipped to Target, WalMart, and many of the drug store retail outlets. To get a new one you would have to just happen on a place with slow inventory turnover or more likely find it second hand from a nursery purge of a child who did not bond with it. Good luck and thanks to everyone looking!
