Cabin Day...way too much fun doin nothing! Summer catch up.
What you are seeing here is a day at the cabin. At the back of the farm we have a lovely cabin that was placed there off a flat bed truck by a very good friend that moves buildings for a living. We asked him if he ever came across something in the way of a shed to let us know and didn't he just have something special for us. It is an old church bunk house and we use it to hang out in when we want to make maple syrup and well when we just want to hang out.
So one day in August Daddy decided we were going to have a cabin day and we packed the cooler with some snacks and a few drinks and here is what we did...absolutely nothing! Well technically Momma had quite the work out as you can see doing all kinds of moves with Mark as the weights. No wonder I keep my muscles in shape. Daddy was taking the photos from the door of the cabin where he had retreated on the lazy boy chair to have a nap. Good job we did not fall asleep in "those lazy hazy days of summer" cuz there is no knowing how far Mark would have wandered off to if we did not keep an eye on him. Chances are he would have just curled up with Momma but who would be taking any chances!
